This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing 3 pipes in jurisdictional areas
in Perquimans County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT’s to
the Perquimans River, Stream Index No. 30-6-(1), Pasquotank River Basin.

Pipe 1: Existing (2) 36" X 40' RCP's will be replaced by (2) 36" X 40' CAP's at N
36.288167° W 76.532333°.
Pipe 2: Existing 48" X 44' RCP will be replaced by a 48" X 45' CAP at N 36.298235° W
76.535690°.
Pipe 3: Existing 30" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 36.301932° W
76.536271°.
