So, the NW 3 and GC 4085 replaces it. The Corps will sometimes decide to process a request under a different NW than what was requested if they think it is a better fit. I usually try and coordinate with them if I think they might do that. But I can’t always wait to see what they issue though since I may be on a different timeline. Then I won’t catch it until I get a copy of their permit, which is what happened with this one. Thanks for checking. The Corps has issued a NW 3 dated November 9, 2017 for this activity. Please replace the current 401 authorizing Water Quality General Certification Nos. 4086 and 4088 with Water Quality General Certification No. 4085. Written approval is not required for this certification provided all the thresholds and conditions can be met. Please let me know if you have any questions.
