Alamance County
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP)
for the above -referenced site on April 28, 2017 for review and approval under the terms and conditions
of the Restoration Systems, LLC Haw -River Subwatershed Phase One Umbrella Mitigation Banking
Instrument for Riparian Buffer Mitigation and Nutrient Offsets (UMBI). The UMBI was made and
entered into by Restoration Systems, LLC (RS) acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWR on October
25, 2017. On October 16, 2017, DWR received a revised BPDP that addressed previous comments
provided by Katie Merritt, with DWR.
On October 27, 2017, the subject BPDP was placed on public notice and made available for
commenting. DWR received no comments regarding the subject BPDP. This BPDP is now
approved. RS needs to provide DWR with one (1) hard copy of the entire BPDP that was placed on
public notice, with the exception of the EDR Report.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your UMBI, the following items are required
prior to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent:
• Conservation easement approved by DWR
• Financial Assurance documents if applicable
