Any violation of the attached conditions or deviation from your submitted plans may subject the permittee to a stop work order, a restoration order, a Class I administrative penalty, and/or appropriate legal action. This verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below unless the nationwide authorization is modified, suspended or revoked. If, prior to the expiration date identified below, the nationwide permit authorization is reissued and/ar modified, this verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below, provided it complies with all requirements of the modified nationwide permit. If the nationwide permit authorization expires or is suspended, revoked, or is modified, such that the activity would no longer comply with the terms and conditions of the nationwide permit, activities which have commenced (i.e., are under construction) or are under contract to commence in reliance upon the nationwide permit, will remain authorized provided the activity is completed within twelve months of the date of the nationwide permit's expiration, modification or revocation, unless discretionary authority has been exercised on a case-by-case basis to modify, suspend ar revoke the authorization. The requirements of this form, including any special conditions listed on this form, are hereby incorporated as special conditions of this permit authorization. 2) Wetland impact areas authorized as "Temporary Wetland Impact #1" and "Temporary Wetland Impact #2", as shown on the attached "6012 Connector Road Drainage Section", must be restored to pre- existing grade and contour and seeded/matted. If soils within these areas are compacted during construction, these areas must be tilled to reduce compaction and provide a suitable growth medium to support a native wetland plant community. The seed mix used must be a regionally appropriate native wetland seed mix. The above described restoration of temporary wetland impact areas must be complete within two weeks of completion of culvert, rip rap, and roadway fill installation as authorized. 3) Please note that future impacts and/or phases of the Guilford Technical Community College development project, specifically activities associated Corps Action IDs: SAW-2016-01670 and SAW- 2014-00179, may be considered part of a single and complete project; these impacts may be considered cumulative with impacts permitted during earlier phases regarding compensatory mitigation and Nationwide Permit thresholds. Current authorized permanent impacts to waters of the U.S. for the overall development total permanent impacts to 152 linear feet (0.01 acre) of stream (701inear feet [only 471inear feet of which is considered a permanent loss] due to SAW-2014-00179 and 1071inear feet [only 891inear feet of which is considered a permanent loss] due to SAW-2016-01670) and 0.137 acre of riparian, non-riverine wetlands and (0.02 acre due to SAW-2014-00179 and 0.117 acre due to SAW- 2016-01670).
