Subject: RE: Prosperity Ridge Road Thanks for your update. However, according to Erin Shanaberger, you had given her a verbal approval for Prosperity Rd in the field (mod deemed issued). For University Point Rd extension, the BIMS number is 2015-0646v2. In Erin Shanberger's submittal, it states she is submitting a mod per her discussion with Alan Johnson in the field. The mitigation for this project was also discussed. That correspondence is in laserfiche. Some of the information in the submittal that she states she discussed with you is i ncorrect. Please be mindful in the future of transportation projects needing to go through Donna Hood.
