Subject: Sampson B-5307 PJD Request & Permit Drawings
Brad & Joanne,
Attached is a PJD request and a courtesy copy of the permit drawings for B-5307, which
is the replacement of Bridge No. 376 over Williams Old Mill Branch on SR 1838 (Beaman
St.) in Sampson County. The bridge project will have 0.03 acres of wetland impacts and
79 If of stream impacts for bank stabilization. The utility impacts associated with this
project include 0.04 acres of hand clearing for aerial utility relocation.
By copy of this e-mail, NCDOT is requesting approval of the PJD request and e-mail
confirmation from your agency that NCDOT can proceed with the construction of this
project under NW 3/ WQC 4085, NW 13/ WQC 4087 and NW 12/ WQC 4086 without
acquiring written approval from your agency. All conditions of the aforementioned
permits will be included in the project contract and adhered to during the construction
of the project.
