Attached is the NPDES application for the Are Terminal Selma Terminal. During a visit to the site last week I noticed the current perms expires March 31, 2018. Reviewing the permit, I did not see a renewal process or deadline. I searched though our files and found the last renewal, filed in 2012 and am submitting a new renewal using the same form, NPDES Permit Application — Short Form C- Minor Industrial, which is enclosed. There have need no changes at the facility since the last application, and hoped this is the correct renewal application. Please note, the contact for the facility had been Shawn Kizewski, and he has left the company. I am the new contact and can be reached by phone at (832) 823-7228, or by email at ccurtis =,arcterminals.com.
