Thank you fot yout lettex of June 29, 2017, transmitting the above-xefexenced xepoxt. We have xeviewed the
xepoxt and concux that the Ottex Cxeek Ptimitive Baptist Chuxch and Cemetezy (ED0921) is not eligible fox
listing in the National Registet of Historic Places fot the teasons oudined in the xepoxt. We would note that it
would have been helpful to have photographs of the interiox of the chucch, but understand they may not have
been possible.
The above comments are made pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the
Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's Regulations for Compliance with Section 106 codified at 36
CFR part 800.
