The facility can be reached via US-17N/US-74E/ US76E by taking the State Port exit, turning right
onto South Front Street. Turn right on Burnett Boulevard followed by a slight right onto Meyers
Street (NC SPA North Gate) which turns into Woodbine Street (restricted usage road).

contract basis. Transfer modes include tank car, tank truck, and marine unloading facilities.
