I reviewed the CP 2A/3/4A packet for R- 4707 this morning and have no additional questions prior to Wednesday's meeting. As we have discussed, the LEDPA Public Notice for this project is still active and the comment period lasts until November 9. As such, I will not be able to sign CP3 during the meeting. Rather, following Wednesday's meeting, I will take that discussion into consideration along with any comments received from the Public Notice into consideration; if LEDPA issues are resolved following the end of the Public Notice comment period I can sign the CP3 form electronically. Further, I can engage in a CP 4A discussion on Wednesday for NCDOT's preferred alternative with the understanding that, if LEDPA is different than NCDOT's preferred alternative, CP 4A would have to be revisited for that alternative once CP 3 is resolved. As with CP 3, I can sign the CP 4A form electronically following Wednesday's meeting if all related issues are resolved. Please let me know if you have any questions.
