Ian,
just confirming by email our phone conversation a few minutes ago. The DWQ response deadline to
your Request for More Information for Mid South Club (DWQ Project # 07-0128) is Friday, January 16,
2009. The project engineer informed me this morning that he will not have plans ready to submit on
time. I should receive the plans within the next few days for submittal. I do feel the need to review them
for completeness before I submit to you.
You and I agreed by phone that we will submit a response no later than 30 days from now. We
appreciate the leniency with the response deadline and will submit materials as soon as possible.
