This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Bertie County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Chiska
Creek, Stream Index No. 24-2-5, Roanoke River Basin.

Existing 36" X 40' RCP will be replaced by a 42" X 50' CAP at N 36.027283° W
77.002971°.
