This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing 2 dual pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Camden County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT’s
to Mill Dam Creek, Stream Index No. 30-3-13-3-(2), Pasquotank River Basin.

Pipe 1: Existing (2) 18" X 38' RCP's will be replaced by (2) 24" X 40' CAP's at N
36.30825° W 76.14022°.
Pipe 2: Existing (2) 18" X 38' RCP's will be replaced by (2) 24" X 40' CAP's at N
36.30408° W 76.14050°.
