This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing 3 pipes in jurisdictional areas
in Camden County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT’s to the
Pasquotank River, Stream Index No. 30-3-(1), Pasquotank River Basin.

Pipe 1: Existing 48" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 48" X 40' CAP at N 36.44792° W
76.34151°. Existing pipe buried 20%.
Pipe 2: Existing 42" X 32' CMP will be replaced by a 42" X 32' CAP at N 36.45187° W
76.34789°. Existing pipe buried more than 20%.
Pipe 3: Existing 36" X 55' CMP will be replaced by a 42" X 60' CAP at N 36.46136° W
76.36972°.
