This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing 2 pipes in jurisdictional areas
in Pasquotank County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT’s to
Knobbs Creek, Stream Index No. 30-3-8, Pasquotank River Basin.

Pipe 1: Existing 18" X 30' RCP will be replaced by a 24" X 30' CAP at N 36.325288° W
76.246057°.
Pipe 2: Existing 24" X 45' RCP will be replaced by a 36" X 45' CAP at N 36.331143° W
76.249312°.
