This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be stabilizing a shoreline in Perquimans
County under Nationwide Permit 13 conditions. Location is on the Albemarle Sound,
Stream Index No. 30, Pasquotank River Basin. A copy of the CAMA permit and permit
drawings are attached.

50 linear feet of shoreline will be stabilized with Class II stone at N 36.08172° W
76.39161°.
