All,
Based on my recent conversations with Jamie Shern w/USACE and Ian McMillan w/DWQ (both copied on this
email), additional site visits are not required. Again, Jamie told me USACE would review the wetland survey
submitted with your application (the surveys sent to me by Robin are also attached to this email). Also, Ian had
no issue with what is shown on the surveys. (Furthermore, I visited the site myself yesterday to see if S&ME
had missed something (as was indicated) and everything seems to correspond to the site maps - flagging is still
present).
Therefore, as S&ME is not the consultant on the current project, it seems we do not need to be involved further.

The extension has been granted to 1/13/09. If we do not receive the requested information by 1/13/09
your project will formally returned as incomplete and you will need to reapply with a new application

discuss the inclusion of a NWP 12 with the Corps for the proposed sewer line easement.
