Annual Avg Daily Traffic (veh/hr/day): Design/Future: 880 Year: 2025 Existing: 440 Year: 2011 General Project Narrative: State project B-4750 involves the replacement of the existing NCDOT Bridge #340090 on SR 1719 over Norris Creek. Bridge #340090 consists of 2@40'3" timber floor on I- (Description of Minimization of Water beams with timber caps and piles. The proposed crossing is located in Zone AE of FIRM Map number 3720271900J and was studied by Limited Detailed methods. A Quality Impacts) stormwater outfall is proposed within a wetland and outside of buffer zone 2. A Rip Rad pad will be utilized to dissipate the energy. No deck drains are required for the proposed bridge.
