Subject: Tyrrell SR 1105 Newlands Road - Pipe Replacement Courtesy Notification
This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing several pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Tyrrell County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions.
Pipe #1: Existing 18" X 35' CMP will be replaced by a 24" X 40' CAP at N 36.081704° W
76.2503757°. Location is on a UT to Second Creek and connecting canals, Stream Index
No. 30-14-4-8, Pasquotank River Basin.
Pipe #2: Existing 30" X 38' RCP will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 35.8580149° W
76.2631443°. Location is on a UT to Scuppernong River, Stream Index No. 30-14-4-(1),
Pasquotank River Basin.
Pipe #3: Existing 18" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 24" X 40' CAP at N
35.8691662° W 76. 76.3271921°. Location is on a UT to Scuppernong River, Stream
Index No. 30-14-4-(1), Pasquotank River Basin.
