I'll contact DOT. I'm guessing they have already removed the sediment and made repairs to the property. DOT typically goes out of its way to make things right when something like this happens. I don't have access to a T drive but the pictures and address your sent will do (the link still doesn't work). I think the regional offices all have access to an O drive, if you want to try that. The complaint was reported by Ms. Maleah Story of 2560 Indian Grave Road. The stream through her property is an unnamed tributary of Blair Fork, a class C stream. I will forward her most recent email to you.
