Per our discussion, please provide this Office with a scaled figure of the previous existing trailer and proposed
replacement structure on your lot with distances off the bulkhead off your and the neighboring property to the
west. After review of the figure, a decision will be made by this Office whether an exemption from the Neuse
River Buffer Rules will be issued or a buffer authorization application will need to be completed. If you have
