Dear Mr. Hack:
On December 29, 2008 we received your comments regarding our questions
regarding the stream restoration plan. We have reviewed the comments and understand
that an aquatic survey will be conducted prior to construction, as well as included in the
monitoring plan. It is anticipated that construction will begin within the year at the
earliest opportunity. Please notify this office when you expect to start construction and
timeline for completion.
