Thank you Marty., One question and one comment.
Did the impact map change at all from the last version you sent me? Yes. I see -that the amount of stream
:impact is still 148 linbar feet. Did you reduce the amount of rip rap in the stream? That was,ihe only,hang-up
the State's 401 office had. Yes, the amount of rip -rap originally shown has been reduced. The previous plan
did not measure the stream along the actual stream channel including the meanders with the impact
area. This has been corrected and the total LF of stream impact is 148 LF.
On the Grading and Drainage Plan please remove the note on the stream on the western edge of the property
indicating that it is wetland. Please add a note on the floodplain of the stream on the northern boundary
indicating that it is wetlands. Notations have been revised accordingly.

Chris;
I have not received the revised plans from Marty,yet. Both agencies have "reviewed everything in the permit applications .
and provided their minimal comments. I've spoken with the representatives of each agency reviewing our application
several times and both are eager to move this permit application along. By law the.State's 401 office has 60 days to
review and the Corps' has 30 day to review once "the application is considered complete. The application will be
3
complete once I give them the revised plans they have asked for. That said, I think once we can get the revised plans to
them it should not take very long.
