Please find the following information concerning the above referenced project:
Project Name: Shoffner Retail - Mass Grading Phase I
Parcel ID #'s: 5601-87-1412, 5601-87-4348, 5601-87-2917, 5601-87-9065, 5601-97-
1449, 5601-77-5960, 5601-98-2200.
Project Area: Approximately 28 acres on the south side of an unnamed intermittent
tributary to Irish Buffalo Creek.
This letter is in response to your request for more information dated 2/4/2008 to Barry
James with American Asset Corporation. The above project has storm water
management plan approval for their mass grading Phase I only which is solely on the
south side of the unnamed intermittent tributary to Irish Buffalo Creek. No impacts to the
tributary were included in this plan approval. Site plan approval will be under a separate
submittal to the City which at this time we have not received.
