Hi Lyn and Chris. This is the form. I created an electronic
version for the seller to sign.
As I was saying before, the buyers are a military family and he
just left this weekend to go Turkey for 6 months to serve our
country. He is the person on the loan. We were supposed to
close on the property on the 28th of last month but surprises
kept coming up with the septic system. His loan has been
extended to the end of next week. Before we can close, the
ditch have to be declassified (if possible), an permit have to be
issued and then I must get quotes for the seller to sign off on.
This sounds impossible as it will take about 5 days to get the
permit, quotes, seller to sign off on the quotes and close. I am
prayerful this will happen for this family. Please let me know
when you can get here.
