PROJECT LOCATION: Project site is located off SR 1200, at 100 North Clover Way, Columbia, Tyrrell
County, North Carolina.
PROPOSED PROJECT: Applicant proposes construct a pier, covered platforms, mooring pilings and a
breakwater on the Albemarle Sound.
