we do not object to your request. NPDES permit NCO055611 is hereby
rescinded, effective immediately. This letter is to close the permit file
for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your facility wishes to discharge wastewater to the
State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES
permit.
