This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Hyde County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Shingle
Creek, Stream Index No. 29-49-1, Tar-Pamlico River Basin.

Existing 18" X 60' RCP will be replaced by a 24" X 60' CAP at N 35.429178° W
76.347250°.
