A total 835 SF of wetland impacts are proposed (Fill, Excavation & Hand Clearing) plus 0.02 acre of temporary surface water impacts for the removal of the existing timber end bents. Judge Road is a dead end street and there is no detour available. The contractor has been in contact with the affected property owner to replace the bridge during the off-season (agricultural). With the minimal impact for this project, I need you to concur that the project can be completed under a Nationwide Permit #3. James J.
