We are sending you a corrected Certificate of Coverage (COC) for the above mine operation. We
sent you a COC on September 1, 2017, but the permittee was incorrectly listed as "Tommy James
Builders, LLC." Thank you for informing us of the error. We have corrected the COC to reflect the
appropriate owner entity: Northside Sand Company L.L.C.
Please take notice that this certificate of coverage is not transferable except after notice to the
Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources. The Division may require modification or revocation
and reissuance of the Certificate of Coverage.
