This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Pasquotank County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to
Dam Creek, Stream Index No. 30-4-2, Pasquotank River Basin.

Existing 66" X 51" X 30' CMPA will be replaced by a 66" X 51' X 40' CMPA at N
36.14039° W 76.16543°.
