This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Bertie County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Eastmost
Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-24-1, Chowan River Basin.

Existing 24" X 36' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 36' CAP at N 36.081704° W
76.788681°.
