Thanks -Matt Our DWQ rep has some questions and comments about the permit plan on Craven 41: -The impact table shows 4’ of stream impacts. Where are the impacts? These impacts are from the proposed bent at Station 13+68 Lt., there are no impacts shown on the plan sheet. -A dissipator pad is shown in buffer zone 2 at site 3. Can it be moved out of the buffer? Yes, the rip rap pad for a 15” diameter pipe is 5’ long and the cell is 11’ long. So, it actually will not be inside the buffer. I’ll slide the rip rap pad back so it doesn’t show up in the buffer. -The pipe outlet at site 1 needs a dissipator pad. This system currently outlets onto a dissapator pad. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there are any questions about the above.
