There is 661 feet of shoreline that is classified on Duke's SMP Maps, dated August 2006 as Future Commercial Marina. The leased area is 4.99 acres. This package includes directions to the property, maps, an aerial photo and a site plan dated 8/11/08 which shows: 1. 187 Covered Wet Boat Slips attached to a 5' walkway & 17 End Ties 2. 2 Gas Pumps on the end of dock closest to store. 3. 2 Boat Ramps 4. 2 Concrete Bulkheads 5. 1 Fishing Pier 6. 5,000 Sq. Ft. Store with Restrooms 7. 2 Dry Stack Storage Buildings, 36,000 sq ft. (240 slips max each) 8. Provided Parking: Standard Spaces 122, HC Spaces 4, Car/Trailer 63 9.
