I am a consultant for the North Carolina Department of Transportation
(NCDOT). NCDOT plans to improve the intersection at NC 55/ SR 1395 (M.L.K. Jr. Blvd.)
in New Bern, NC . Attached to this email is the Start of Study letter for the proposed
project, along with project location and topographic maps. Your input regarding the
