Mike and Bill,
Here is the latest *challenging* project from Apex. The project size is 0.80 acre,
so that is probably why the Town of Apex is not pursuing stormwater management on
this site. I have attached the site plan in case you think it is appropriate to
pursue this. The applicant is requesting a buffer impact only from us, which does
not have a stormwater management plan associated with it.
