our client Williams Gas Pipelines, respectfully requests USACE authorization for the above referenced site, outlined in the
December 5, 2008 Pre Construction Application Form, to be covered under Nation Wide Permit (27) Aquatic Habitat
Restoration, Establishment, and Enhancement Activities. The proposed activities will enhance the natural channel of Haw River
