Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: Excavate appro�amately 174.2 yards of sand, soil, and root mass to reconnect the roadside canal to the Albemarle Sound. Excavation will be limited to 2 feet below NHW to match the bed of the Albemarle Sound. In order to stabilize the canal banks connecting to the sound, Class II stone will be placed on a total of 60 linear feet of the canal.
