For level spreaders 2 and 3, it appears that filter strips are too steep to allow for
diffuse flow in these locations. Please either relocate the level spreaders to a
location where the filter strip slopes are appropriate for level spreaders or provide
a BMP that removes a minimum of 85 percent TSS and 30 percent TN from the
stormwater generated by this project. For each proposed BMP, please provide a
completed BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items. The BMP
Supplement Forms are available at: llttp://li2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htin.
Please include both the Design Summary and the Required Items Checklist
along with all the required items listed therein.
2. Please provide one Level Spreader Supplement Form per level spreader as well as
the Required Items Checklist and ALL required items listed therein. Failure to
provide this information in the next submittal will result in a return of application.
