Subject: Gates SR 1122 Hill Lane Road - Pipe Replacement Courtesy Notification
This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Gates County under
Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on Licking Branch, Stream Index No. 25-12-3, Chowan River Basin.
Existing 42" X 50' CMP will be replaced by a 48" X 50' CAP at N 36.43069° W 76.84185°.
