The State as advised that they need something from you authorizing them to do the buffer
determination.
If you would send an email to me that says you approve of the determination at the intersection
of North Pitt Road and NC 111 in Pitt county. Work in the name Anthony Scarborough, he is
the state employee who w ill do the determination.
