On behalf of Edgecombe County, S&ME, Inc. (S&ME) is submitting a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) Notice of Intent (NOI) application for coverage under General Permit NCG120000 for
stormwater discharge from Edgecombe County's C&D Landfill located at 2872 Colonial Road in Tarboro, North
Carolina. The NOI application package includes a completed NOI form along with backup documentation (Facility
Location Map, Site Plan showing drainage areas, impervious surface area, stormwater discharge outfalls and a
copy of the Edgecombe County Map showing the location of the landfill). S&ME has also included a $100 check
for payment to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality.
