The functional uplift or restoration equivalent value for a 3.4 acre
wetland going from Medium to high would be 1.7
Using the equation
functional uplift= [Enhancement acres(EnhQual Post mitigation -
EnhQual Pre mitigation)]/Enhancement ratio
I used the typical 2:1 enhancement ratio, and the functional values of
2 for High and 1 for Medium.
