Dear Ms. Homewood,
It was a pleasure meeting you and Mr. Andy Williams with the USACE on site on November 25, 2008
to discuss this project. Please accept this letter as a request for an additional 30-day extension
(new deadline of January 26, 2009) to respond to your letter dated November 25, 2008. The City
of High Point, CWS, and USI are diligently working on a letter and additional information to respond
to your comments on the project. Due to the holidays, CWS is requesting that the deadline to respond
to your letter be extended to January 26, 2009. Thanks for your help with this project.
