I am submitting herewith a completed IN UEU FEE REQUEST FORM on behalf of .James &
Olga Roesch relative to a General Major Variance Request being submitted to 1be North
Carolina Department of Environment an Natural Resoun:es, Division of Water Quality. The
Roesch's are requesting to impact 1740 square feet of Zone 1 Riparian Buffers, and 1557
square feet of Zone 2 riparian buffers for the purpose of constnacting a single family
residence and appurtenant drives & walks on a residential subdivision lot adjacent to
Whittaker Creek (Eastern Prong) In Oriental, He.
