Case Narrative:
The equipment blank contained 0.18 mg/L Al, 0.0018 mg/L Cr, 0.21 mg/L Fe, 0.87 mg/L Mg, 0.0069 mg/L Mn, 0.89 mg/L K and
1.0 mg/L Na. Any sample concentrations < 10 X the blank concentration maybe affected by contamination in the field.
Antimony (22%) and Vanadium (131%) were recovered outside the control limit (75-125%) in the MS/MSD on BGSB-6(4-5)

The pH analysis associated with the sample(s) in this report was/were performed after the method recommended 15 minute holding
time.
Metals Analysis - Method 60208
Antimony was recovered outside the control limit in the MS associated with batch 48110.
Antimony and Vanadium were recovered outside the control limit in the MS/MSD. Since the
LCS and Method Blank were within control limits it was determined that matrix interference
caused the MS/MSD to fail.
