Attached please find signed Notice of Completion for permit activity (SAW -2015-00989) at Taylor's Landing in
Mcleansville, Guilford County. I have also attached a copy of the approved site plan for Taylor's Landing for your
reference.
Site work for all 91 lots is completed at this time. We will begin removal of erosion control measures in areas which
are stabilized and homes are constructed. Our plan is to convert the Skimmer Pond into the permanent Wet Pond next
year when most of the homes have been constructed.
Please let us know if there is anything else you need from us to close this permit out. Thanks for your assistance and
direction throughout this process.

as long as the pipe conveys surface water from upstream of the crossing, to downstream effectively at grade. I concur with your response to
item 2), upon a second look at the downstream extent of Wetland Area C. Please notify us when the culvert is installed, per item # 1.

A meeting is being scheduled next week to discuss and determine the solution to this concern.
"2) The wetland area upstream of the road crossing has been cleared outside of the permitted crossing footprint. Please explain what happened
and what remedial actions were taken to stabilize this area."
As you may recall, the lower end of the wetland, immediately adjacent to the pond was linear and more of a scoured connection to the wider
up -gradient wetlands. I do not recall mature trees growing within the linear wetland. We do recognize that clearing occurred outside of the
permitted crossing footprint. These areas have been stabilized and reseeded. Measures are being taken to avoid clearing in the remaining
jurisdictional areas on the site.
We will formally respond with a letter following our meeting. Please respond and let me know if our schedule to address your concerns is
sufficient.
