Response No.3:
Please provide building envelopes for all lots with wetlands or streams on the site
plans.
There are no lots with streams, all of the wetland areas will be filled in the lot
areas.
Please indicate all proposed stream or wetland driveway crossings on your plan
sheet (including future proposed).
Four impacts are shown on this submillal (all in one area). Please see detailed
map. The future possible impact is not shown because this impact is at least ten
years out and details are not yet known.
Please indicate all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site plan. The
impact map should clearly show and label impacts.
The last sheet in the plan shows the wetlands and impacts clearly defined. The
road and limits (~ldisturbance are shown on this page as well and each impact is
labeled with area and number.

Re5ponse No.4:
Please provide an inventory on imperviousness surfaces in each drainage area.
The inventory should include all proposed building footprints, roads, driveways,
sidewalks, gravel-surfaced areas, amenity areas, etc. A Stormwater Management
Plan (SMP) must be provided for any drainage areas that exceed 24 percent
imperviousness. For each BMP, provide a completed BMP Supplement Form
with all the required items (see http://h2o"enr.state.nc.us/sulbmpforms.htm).
Per NCAC 2B 15A: 02H.1000, a "drainage area" is defined as "the entire area
contributing surface runoff to a single point."
This Phase will have drainage areas that exceed 24% imperviousness. The
Engineer and Developer are discussing possible BMP' s and request a time
extension for a re5ponse and design.
If you have any questions regarding the information submitted, please advise.
