I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Access Road & Creek Crossing for Whitmire Trucking
project, which proposes to impact 30 ft of Line Creek for a culvert on the Henderson/Buncombe County line.
Project activities should not impact trout and do not need to be avoided during the trout moratorium.
