Describe the attachments:
We do not object to the proposed project, which replaces the bridge with a bottomless culvert. Significant
trout reproduction is not e�ected downstream, therefore we are not requesting a trout moratorium. Sensitive
resources, including the federally Endangered Appalachian elktoe occur just a few miles downstream.
Sediment and erosion control must be properly installed and well maintained to minimize off-site
sedimentation. (No file attached)
